Sullivan Equine offers a range of equine reproductive options on the farm.

We offer breeding soundness exams, uterine culture and cytology, uterine biopsy, and artificial insemination with fresh chilled and frozen semen (upon special request). We utilize reproductive ultrasound to aid in monitoring mare’s heat cycles, diagnosing pregnancy, managing infertility and twin pregnancies.

In addition, if your mare has any complications during labor or foaling, Sullivan Equine offers 24-hour emergency services. We also offer routine and emergency postpartum care, including postpartum and neonatal exams, and care for nursing issues. Upon initial evaluation, if intensive care or hospitalization is needed, we offer referral to VTech and NC State veterinary schools, as well as Carolina Equine Hospital in Browns Summit, NC.
